Artur is Italian-Brazilian, has lived in Italy for over 18 years, and is passionate about the art of hospitality.

A resident of Siena, he graduated in Brazil with a degree in Business Administration and in Italy as a "Cuoco Professionale" from the Scuola di Cucina International Chef Academy di Siena, deepening his knowledge of Italian food and wine. He also trained as a Destination Wedding Planner at the Accademia Degli Eventi in Rome.
